How long will the gold finish last?

Many of our sourced designs feature 14K or 18K Gold Plating. Because this is a surface finish, its longevity depends on skin acidity, frequency of wear, and exposure to moisture. To keep the golden glow as long as possible, please follow our care instructions.

What kind of pearls do you use?

We primarily feature Freshwater and Saltwater pearls. As organic gemstones, no two pearls are identical; variations in shape and luster are part of their natural beauty.

Do you offer high-quality, certified pearls?

Yes. For collectors seeking high-quality certified pearls (such as specific luster grades or origin-certified gems), we offer a sourcing service by request. Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

2. Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Ready-to-Wear: Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Hand-Crafted to Order: Please allow at least 14 business days for production before shipping.

• Bespoke Pearl Requests: Timelines will be provided during your personalized consultation.

Can I cancel my order?

To ensure a quick turnaround, we begin processing orders almost immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Aurie, all sales are final. We focus on providing curated designs at exceptional value, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

What if my item is defective?

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your package. You must provide a clear video of the defect to be eligible for an exchange.

How do I clean my jewellery?

Wipe your pieces gently with the soft cloth provided after each wear. Avoid using chemical cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners, as these can damage both the pearls and the gold plating.

Can I wear my Aurie pieces in the shower?

We strongly recommend removing all jewelry—especially pearls and gold-plated items—before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent damage and fading.
